Fluid Bed Dryers are used universally by the industrial minerals industry. Tema Sand dryers are available for capacities up to 100tph. The sand is dried from 12% moisture to <0.2% with a final product temperature of 50°C. Running costs are typically <6 lt/t fuel oil or 6m³ natural gas.
